How to measure the size correctly?
STEP 1: MEASURE THE VOLUME UNDER THE BREAST (BREAST CIRCUMFERENCE):
- Take a soft measuring tape or a special tape for underwear.
- Stand in front of a mirror and hold the tape horizontally around your body, under your breasts.
- Ensure the position of the tape so that it is tight, but does not pull the skin.
- Take a deep breath and measure the girth under the chest. Make sure that the tape does not sag or twist.
STEP 2: MEASURE YOUR CHEST AT THE HIGHEST POINT AND COMPARE WITH THE VOLUME UNDER THE CHEST:
- Continue to keep the tape around the body, but this time place it around the highest point of the chest (usually this corresponds to the maximum volume of the chest).
- Measure around your chest, making sure the tape is snug but not tight.
STEP 3: MEASURE YOUR HIPS:
- Move the tape to the hips, determine the widest part of the thighs.
- Make sure the tape is horizontal and tight, but not pulling the skin.
- Measure your hips.
