Additionally, you will receive a link to the website where you will be able to check the location of your shipment on an ongoing basis. Delivery within 1-2 days maximum.
Most convenient:
Delivery to a parcel locker - you will collect the parcel at a time convenient for you. The parcel is delivered to the parcel locker of your choice, where you can collect it within 48 hours from its delivery to the locker. Delivery within a maximum of 1-2 days.
Cost of delivery
You will know the total delivery cost of your order after adding products to the cart and selecting the delivery method and payment method you are interested in - in the summary you will see the exact value to be paid.
RETURN
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to return a product purchased from our online store within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must:
- show no signs of use,
- not be damaged or destroyed,
- include all original tags and hygiene seals.
Any indication that lingerie has been unsealed, opened, or worn will result in refusal of the return.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
