WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE SUPPORTED?

Payments on the website are accepted via the PayU system. You can pay by Visa or MasterCard, GooglePay or ApplePay. You can also make a bank transfer. Please remember to include your name so we can identify the payer.

HOW IS DELIVERY PERFORMED?

In our store, delivery within Poland is carried out using Inpost parcel lockers, Inpost courier or Poczta Polska. Shipment takes place within 24 hours of placing the order!

Outside Poland, orders are shipped via Poczta Polska or DHL courier.

CAN THE GOODS BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED?

Yes, in accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000, you can return the product purchased in the online store without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment with the order. However, such goods cannot bear traces of use and cannot be destroyed or damaged. Any signs that the underwear has been unsealed, opened or worn will exclude the possibility of return.

Delivery costs for return shipment are borne by the customer.
